Stratem Consulting supported a national U.S. organization focused on strengthening services and promoting positive child development for low-income indigenous children through advocacy, leadership development, training of early childhood educators and advocates.
To do this, we facilitated five-year strategic planning process, aligning this strategy with outcomes and budgetary requirements. The organization desired to increase their visibility within their field and to grow the services provided to early childhood professionals.
Because of their dedication, with our assistance, our client achieved their goals by nearly doubling their membership, building stronger relationships with the government and private sector, and instituting a new training program.
