EXPANDING SERVICES & REACH
Facilitated five-year strategic planning process, aligning this strategy with outcomes and budgetary requirements. Goals achieved include nearly quadrupling their membership revenue, becoming the sought out voice for the field among government and private sector, and instituting a new training program.
START-UP & IMPLEMENTATION
Developed a five-year strategic plan and business object and functional finance and administrative protocols. My client was able to maximize operational efficiencies and programming, ensure high-quality services and activities aligned with their mission, core values, and strategic plan, and grow their services.

Created an impact strategy while guiding leadership through implementation. Successes included gaining organization-wide buy-in through individualized strategic planning and operationalizing new growth strategies while improving the efficiencies of current practices.

Developed and supported implementation of strategic plans aimed at improving service delivery and effectiveness of partnerships of government programs. SUSTAINABILITY PLAN & METRICS
Developed and designed sustainability plans and metrics for evaluating program successes for government services. The effort produced an online module for strategy development and sustainability planning, an interactive guide for using the module, and train-the-trainer curriculum for wider implementation of the resources.
